Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Strict age limit of 13 years old  for all services 

No refunds. 

All hair must be prepped detangled  and ready for service or additional fees may apply 

Now accepting credit cards with identification 

All new clients require a $25 deposit and amount goes toward service

No call no show $25 fee or no rebooking 

After hours appointment fee $35
